How it works

Simple local sharing, with moderation before public visibility.

The pilot keeps the exchange small and predictable: post a free item, wait for approval, accept a request, then coordinate pickup privately.

1

Browse approved posts

Visitors can view approved community posts by category and type. Public post details use approximate pickup areas, not exact addresses.

2

Sign in to post or respond

Invite-based accounts help keep the pilot local. Members can offer free items or request items they need within the pilot area.

3

Moderators review posts

New posts are reviewed before they appear publicly. Posts must be free, physical items and must avoid unsafe or private details.

4

Pickup details stay private

After a giver accepts a request, both sides can use private post-based chat to coordinate a safe pickup plan.

What belongs on Total Free Community

Good posts are specific, honest, local, and free. Examples include school books, clean toys, usable clothing, small furniture, kitchen goods, working electronics, garden supplies, and sports gear.

Paid items, trades, donation-required posts, services, exact public addresses, phone numbers, and public direct contact details do not belong in first-version posts.
